Is hard to grow your business if you can’t expand the purchase size of someone’s appetite when they come to you we have a sales process that will identify the truth of what they’re trying to accomplish so it’s not what they need because a lot of times they treat us like vendors right I want you to do extra like we’re widgets like just do my advertising because I’m trying to get more SQLs or I’m trying to get more customers so I want you to do my ads but there’s a lot of codependencies on getting more customers and actually accomplishing the objective that the prospect is talking to you about so you need a sales process to figure out what it takes for the prospect to accomplish their actual objectives and then sell them that solution instead of selling them a service to satisfy their immediate needs.
