What’s really important to me is celebrating loyalty there’s nothing more powerful as a business owner than developing a loyalty you’re going to make mistakes as a leader as a CEO as an owner you’re going to say stupid crap you’re going to lose your emotions you’re going to make a fool of yourself sometimes the question is you know have you taken enough time to build deep personal relationships with your Leaders with your employees with the people around you that they have Grace number one for you but also number two a deep level of respect or understanding of your passion for them your support for them and what your vision is for them and anniversaries is a great moment to celebrate their loyalty to the firm and to publicly reinforce the type of behavior that you’re looking for as a culture
