We just have AEs do about four calls a day kind of max three to four and if they do more than four what happens is they’re down funnel life cycle stages just kind of don’t do as well frankly they just stop performing at the level that we need them to because they have too many opportunities you’d think like how can you have too many opportunities to make money we live on commission they do I don’t know why it’s just a fact AES can have too much opportunity to make money which sounds silly and I’m obviously giggling while I say it because I think as like owners or Founders that’s what we dream about AEs like to have more time to win their opportunity straight up they want more but not too much more.
