Once we receive your refund request and verify eligibility, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10-15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

b. Participants who have accessed or completed more than 25% of the course content.
c. Courses that were purchased at a discounted rate, as part of a promotion, or bundled with other products or services, unless otherwise specified.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing the course, please contact our support team within 7 days of encountering the issue. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to rectify the problem, a full or partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
