Job descriptions. We kind of overlook them. Most of us just look at agencies that we think are bigger than us and copy them. I think maybe some of y’all have copied some of mine. That’s fine. No inaudible here. I copied all of everybody else’s when I was getting started. But I did want to talk a little bit about what they should be and why, and I do think we can have a viewpoint on them, as agency owners. I think we are a people- based business, and being able to articulate your organization’s values as well as communicate effectively what you’re expecting out of a role, is very, very important. So, I’m just going to walk you through this job description, how I’ve thought about it. I actually personally wrote this job description, so maybe I’m a fan of it, but you can see hopefully, I think, the importance of a good job description. I have noticed when I write a good job description, I do get better results in hiring and quality of candidates than when I hand it off to my HR team. So let’s walk through it.
